
SITE MANAGER
The site manager is responsible for the smooth running of part or all of a site on a daily basis.
He oversees all aspects, from the successful completion of tasks to the establishment of teams.
He leads the teams, controls, coordinates and plans the work.
He ensures the organization, management and monitoring of the site.

DESCRIPTIONS OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

1/ Preparation and technical monitoring of works
​

Participate in preparatory meetings of the site or sites with the works manager, the chargé d'affaires and/or the management

Anticipate non-compliant situations and propose adaptations
-
Receiving the site: PV of reception with the client company
​
2/ Team management and supervision
​
-
Organize the work of the teams, establish the schedule and set daily service objectives (quality, respect of deadlines) to the team members or team leader(s).

Provide technical support if necessary ( ex: new tools, complex tasks or problems encountered)

Coaching and team management (in support of the team leader if present): è administrative follow-up:, perform customer scores and team assignments on a daily basis and apply disciplinary measures when necessary.

Relay all the information necessary for the smooth running of the site (ex passage of instructions, important information, etc.)

Ensure the integration of new team members by integrating safety training.
3/ Compliance and application of QSE rules

Ensure the application and compliance with the rules on occupational safety (wearing PPE, etc.) on the site, as well as those relating to the environment (waste management), and the maintenance of the workstations of the teams in storage condition.

Actively participate in safety meetings, potential site openings: PDP signature and work authorizations

Consider and manage environmental aspects (risk assessment and prevention)

Exercise the right of withdrawal and/or report operations/ dangerous situations to N+1

Participate in accident reporting and analysis and implement prevention measures

Perform safety awareness during the construction site.
4/ Activity reporting

Ensure the administrative management of the site (incident report, activity report, customer and employee score)

Prepare and organize site meetings with the work manager and the team leader(s) (e.g., raise awareness of the regulatory aspects of the site).
