2024
This year again new objectives are set for FIDEM Maintenance. First of all in terms of collaborations, we want to make possible a work hand in hand with APCO, POWER TECH and EQUANS NUCLEAIRE.
Also, after several years of collaboration with our client EIFFAGE, our goal is to strengthen this partnership.
Finally, we plan to pass the MASE Certification for this year 2024.
Finally, in terms of HR, we are planning 2 new professionalization contracts for the industrial welder position.

In view of the elements measured during the period from January 2022 to December 2022, thehe FIDEM Maintenance management concluded that the Radiation protection management system it has put in place is appropriate, suitable and effective.
This is why this year again, it is reaffirming its Radiation Protection Policy and deciding to renew it for the year 2023!

One more year, the Directorate reaffirms its Radiation Protection Policy and decides to renew it.
Regarding the FIDEM Horizon project, the company’s authorisation application in Belgium was accepted in January 2022. We are currently waiting for our request for staff authorization to be accepted.

2021
This year had various objectives. We had the ambition to obtain the VCA certification and to internalize our competence in electrowinding. The FIDEM Horizon project was born during 2021. The main objectives of this project are to extend our worksites to nuclear power plants in Belgium, but also to create a FIDEM training center. Because for us, training is a priority.

2020
This year we focused on the integration of new arrivals within the team in order to promote cohesion at work. The stakeholders were evaluated at each end of the project, customer satisfaction is essential and is based on the work of our experts. In 2020, we also set up a matrix of stakeholder skills.
In 2020, several experts joined the FIDEM Maintenance team.
We have recruited a new site manager and Back Office supervisor, an IT specialist, as well as a consultant who aims to take care of the technical HR parts

During 2019, FIDEM Maintenance objective was to obtain Qualianor certification for radiation protection in order to be able to expand its areas of expertise and meet the expectations of certain customers.
