

DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
1/ Preparation of mechanical assembly operations

Take the position by checking the conformity of the equipment necessary for the assembly work (bridge, slings, tools).

Handle and position components and subassemblies according to safety rules and according to the means available (bridge, slings, tools).
2/ Installation of a mechanized system
-
Assemble parts and components of mechanical assemblies or structural sub-assemblies -> Methodically proceed to assembly and assembly operations in accordance with the sequence of operations using the appropriate techniques:
-> Screwdriving techniques, bolting, embedding for the assembly of mechanical elements (use of machined parts, bolts, screws, nuts)

Perform 1st level maintenance operations

Maintain working tools (keys, screwdrivers, etc.)

Perform a visual self-check of the work performed ( conformity of the various assemblies )

Propose ideas for improvement
-
Keep your workstation tidy and clean
3/ Communication and reporting
-
Alert the hierarchy in case of malfunction/ anomaly
-
Ensure regular and effective reporting to your manager
