DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
1/ Install the Industrial Equipment

-
Participate in the installation of the equipment or machine and define the location with the collaboration of new works
-
realize the assembly of industrial or operating equipment
-
Check the proper functioning of a machine or installation:
-
Make adjustments to focus with the means of control, measurements, tests in compliance with procedures and safety instructions.
-
Anticipate a malfunction on multi-technological equipment (mechanical, automation, etc.)
-
Assess the potential consequences of the malfunction (productivity, quality, environmental safety, time) and measures and actions taken according to constraints.

2/ Perform maintenance work

-
Prepare maintenance or repair work
-
Perform a preventive maintenance intervention from the maintenance plan or instructions of the client
-
Missions prior to the intervention will be:
-
Take into account capital constraints (estimate cost and time of a service)
-
Identify part numbers, components, lubricants to be replaced.
-
Secure the area of intervention (safety risks, environment and hygiene rules).
-
Perform a curative maintenance intervention: from an observation of a failing multi-technological equipment, the missions will be to:
-
Perform Troubleshooting
-
Determine technical solutions and conditions for reclamation
-
Identify defective components and parts
-
Replace and repair the failed component or equipment
-
Perform the adjustment of the focus of the equipment and the control of its operation after intervention
3/ Contribute to Continuous Improvement

-
Synthesize the information collected relating to the activity in a manual or IT way
-
Fill in the intervention monitoring media to take account of your intervention and activity
-
Analyze information and participate in progress actions to reduce incidents (production, quality or safety)
-
Provide technical support to site teams
-
Propose actions to stock spare parts and consumables
-
Report any malfunction to the hierarchy (security incident/ contamination/ marking fault)
-
Participate in the continuous improvement of working conditions, the choice of PPE, the update of the Single Risk Assessment Document. (DUER)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION
